If AT&T does something to piss off customers, Verizon is just 1 step behind and vice versa. Thanks to the "free market" and "healthy competition", both of the companies dropped all remaining business ethics in the name of profit margins. They are 2 different companies on paper. In reality both of them are the same gang, that goes by 2 different names.
