I feel your pain. It took me months to find a heated/paddle cutout/sport steering wheel which I just installed yesterday. Used the BMS harness and LCI -/+ paddles. The seller I got mine from didn't say it was a heated wheel but I knew from the pictures it was because it had the blue connector plug for the heater module on the lower part of the wheel so look for that in the fleabay ad pics.
Not to hijack this thread but I'll be selling a heated sport n/paddle steering wheel without the AB, no multi switches or steering wheel face plate cover along with the lower steering column cover with the heater switch and the switch/lever unit for the steering column for a heated wheel. I was going to post for sale in the fall. All in excellent condition. I had a non sport heated wheel originally and the seller I bought the heated sport wheel from also included everything needed to convert the e90 for heated steering which I didn't need.
