These wheels came matte black then had them custom painted dark gray and cleared. There's some small chips in the paint and in a couple lug nut holes but it's not bad or that noticeable. No rash at all. I'd rate them at 9/10.
The tires have typical inside shoulder wear but otherwise in good shape. As stated above, they come with a warranty with plenty of time left through America's Tire. I have the original receipt that I'll give you which is all you need (according to them). The wheels were painted and cleared and the tires mounted and balanced last April (4/13) and were driven for about 4k miles until October and have been off the car since.
Looking for $1550 cash only. No trades, I've already replaced these and don't need new wheels or tires. All the pictures below are on H&R lowering springs except for the last one which is sport suspension with Supreme Power spring perches in the front (and my 6 y/o son in the back).
