I don't get your question about the bumper being secure? Do you mean how is the lip mounted on the bumper? You just screw it on to the bumper, when it was installed they also used double sided tape to make sure that it wouldn't move or get loose. where about would we meet? I can meet in mission viejo or san clemente.
