With the added power, I couldn't get traction off-the-line and needed to feather the throttle starting in 2nd gear (with the 6 speed auto trans) to get a decent launch. Still, my 0-60 times as measured on my V-Box were between 4.2 and 4.5 seconds. Not bad but not good considering the power I was making.
So I picked up a Wavetrack LSD and it just transformed the car. I could do 0-60 in under 4 seconds ever time, even when it was damp/wet outside. My best time was 3.5 seconds and mostly was in the 3.7 to 3.8 second range doing nothing more than just flooring it from a dead stop in 2nd gear. No brake boosting and I didn't even need to warm up the tires.
Also, as other posters mentioned the performance on the track was much improved, particularly coming out of corners.
The LSD is a must have and I'm only considering ordering the M 235i with the M-Sport package (supposedly comes with the LSD according to Jason's 7-22-13 post).

Your 335 sounds like a beast!
In regard to the M sport package, will we even have that option on the M235? I ask because the M sport "stuff" seemed to came standard on the 135s that I have had...I would think that would be the case with the M235 as well, but I could be wrong.
As far as the LSD goes, it sounds like it will be a BMW performance part, not standard, at least that's the last that I heard.
