The only way you can get a 328i to have the power of a 335i is to get the turbo or supercharger instaled. Might as well get a 335i.
qclik.... reliability aside, the N54 is quirky. Some have solid N54s, some have their HPFP replaced so many time it's not even funny. I'll take the quirk.
