I shoot RAW+JPEG most of the time, unless I'm worried about capacity. By doing both, I can quickly review the images for focus, composition, etc. via JPEG on my computer. I delete the bad/unsalvageable JPEGs, or key on the RAW files with the most potential. This is particularly helpful when I'm shooting action at 9FPS....
