Polar HRM Watches for Weight Training
I like the idea of monitoring heart rate while doing either cardio or weight lifting to understand exactly how you are performing... Polar watches even add more fun with some features they have. However they have quite a lot of different models with different needs and i am little confused...
I am about to buy a FT80 which is mainly for weight lifting but also wondering if anyone uses this model or a different model and which features you use???
Any feedback is highly appriciated...
