It's true; stock speedo reads faster than you're actually going. With many smartphone apps being made available now and as cheap as stand alone GPS units are, why is this still a topic of debate? Either option will let you know EXACTLY how fast you're driving with any wheel/tire combination imaginable. It's not rocket surgery and peeps still fighting the truth are either dumb or just plain ignorant...either way, after using a GPS unit on my dash as well as road side radar based equipment, I can tell you that both my current wheel/tire setups read 100% accurate when compared to stock wheel/tire sizes at all speeds tested up to ~80 mph or so (which ends up being about 3-3.5% difference).
