I agree with iboost, if you went up a profile in tire, you would probably cancel out this little misnomer.
Check these out before you make a final decision to buy.

Going up a profile would make it more accurate as long as you don't rub. Your odometer wouldn't be accurate anymore though. You would put less miles on your car than you actually drove
