For the most part I was just googling a random part number in quotes from a common part, like say a rotor to find these sites. As for prices for parts I had been looking for in the past, while they are higher at one place another has for a lower price, another part will be opposite. It's hard to say at this point.
I just resorted to using
www.bmwpartsnow.com (Knauz BMW) because the associated dealership is so close.
