You want to select everything after the "=" sign in the youtube link. Like this:
Sometimes if you are trying to embed a link that has already been embedded you'll see a URL like this:
Just make sure you get everything "after the =" and "before the "&" and you should be good to go.
Then once you've got you want, click the youtube link and paste it in the middle of the "U2B" brackets when you are typing your post. Like this:
Then sit back and marvel at your ingenuity.
