I wouldn't drive with summer tires even if it's "nice out" in the winter - they're just not rated for the temperatures, and they won't grip the road right. Below 40 degrees or so, summer tires will get much harder, much quicker than all seasons or winter tires... and you'll get significantly less traction. It can be an accident waiting to happen if you need to stop short or make an emergency maneuver. Put all seasons or winter tires on the car if you plan to take it out with temps below 40 regardless of whether there's snow on the ground.
