Due to my schedule, the only time i can hit up the gym is around 8:30pm.

Question:
Is it a good idea to do some morning cardio (mainly pull ups and v ups) and then go to the gym at night and do heavy weights?

OR

Should i just do the cardio when i'm in the gym at night.
