The kit includes new struts/shocks, guide supports, bump stops, and hardware in addition to the springs. Non M Sport Package or non M Sport Suspension equipped vehicles require new front and rear sway bars - select option from dropdown menu when ordering.
I believe typical installation time for this kit is around 8-9 hours or so.
