Sorry, I've been away and then busy catching up on everything and on;y just seen your reply.
Apart from YouTube my knowledge of where to upload these videos to would be very limited.
Any chance you could just outline the steps needed to reset the MPG to a more realistic level? If it's too complex to type out don't worry
