You need to select a map type. Even if "Premium" is displayed, it will not let you select a region until you click on "Premium"

I've been following all of the above for the FSC code for my car; however, every code it's given seems invalid in my car.
I've selected the correct Map (NBT, Europe NEXT 2018-2), nearest production date (mine is 2014/10/31) and the one before and the one after.
None of the codes that are generated work on my car.
What am I doing wrong???
