Aftermarket Seating: Professional and Consumer Opinions Requested

To enlighten, I am tossing around the idea of replacing the current stock leatherette seating (E90 sedan) with an aftermarket product better able to sustain comfort while drastically mitigating fatigue during long (hour plus) drive periods.

Since I do not live in an area where "trial-runs" can be made at a local supplier, I am interested in reading the opinions of those on both ends of the spectrum regarding the best seating available which will suit such a specific need. To further amplify my agenda, I require a seat with adjustable features as well as ergonomic contours capable of both cradling the spine and thighs in a position conducive to a proper driving position. The seat must also be compatible with a stock, 3-point belt harness.

I especially want to hear from those that have issues with strain on the lower back and shoulders as such symptoms are synonymous with the problem at hand; your feedback is essential to my decision.

Keep in mind that money, as always, is a factor. That said, it may be safe to assume that anything carrying the Recaro name is outside of the price envelope.
