If you have logic 7 you can use Technic's harness.
Or you can make a harness. You need the following from the dealer.
Woofer housing: 61136901731 (2)
Woofer housing pins: 61138364835 (8 for base, 4 for logic 7 or hifi)
Woofer socket: 61136984750 (2)
Woofer socket pins: 61138364838 (8 for base, 4 for logic 7 or hifi)
You also need:
Speaker wire
Line output converter

Wire strippers, crimpers, etc
You would be extending the underseat speaker wires back to a line output converter in the trunk then running new speaker wire to the underseat woofers.
