Level 3 drills. 16 push ups x 6 sets with crouched sprinting for 16 sec. Just did that vid today. I actually did all the push ups this time. Though I had nothing left for the final 16 crouched sprints. I even whimpered a few times during the push ups but hey, I made it.
Def one of the toughest videos.
