pretty much correct.

The only time they 'beat you up' regarding the condition of the car is if they putting your car on the lot and are not going to auction off your trade in...or you bitch about what they are going to give you on the 'trade in'. The 'trade in' is a made up number for the most part anyways...

Either way it is unlikely they will care.
