I just built my own for a single 10" and it sounds great, even though the internal volume is a little under spec at 0.68 cu ft (with 0.75 being the min recommended volume for a Diamond D3 10"). But...I like tight, accurate bass.

Just remember: You have a maximun clearance of about 13" (closer to 13.75" but...) for the height of a sub box in the trunk of an E93 when it's up against the back seat like mine in order to get the roof in the trunk (which I found out the hard way). !
