With all due respect, maybe the managment has something to do with those problems?
And, well, if you have stayed for 30 years, it can't be that bad of a business decision for you, don't you think?
Lots of plants here have very high quality, I believe the differences have a lot more to do with the company than with the location/nationality of it.
