I did the IOS6 update and still no luck - do I need to download that BMW update you had a link to in order for it to work?? IF so, I am assuming I load that file on to a USB drive and use the update feature in the car (I am aware how to do this). Is that all I need to do to get it to work??

In your post you show a picture of the "office" interface - on mine, all I see is "contacts" and "messages". I dont see any other options.
