That is because there really aren't any new updates - these are still backordered and we are awaiting more stock from BMW. We'll fill all orders in the order in which they came through, and your card will not be charged out until they are in and shipping your way.  |

I was under the impression that once the order was placed it was set in stone or subject to a 20% restocking fee, so I just wanted a more updated timeline of when I could expect to be receiving the part / being charged.
