This place is in Richmond, Virginia. They have a brick and mortar store and have been in business for 52 years. I have the same issue with my radio. I sent in a repair estimate request today. I'll let you know what feedback I get. They are about an hour and a half drive from my home, so I may drop my headunit off rather than mail it, if I get positive feedback from them...
