I think that the M-sport package for ALL xdrive cars is completely cosmetic. In order to get a handling upgrade, one needs to opt for DHP. Having driven a 335 xdrive with the DHP and a 328i xdrive without DHP, I noticed *some* difference but not an extreme amount.
