I'm not saying that I don't like supporting people in need.
BUT
China has trillions of dollars in reserve, while our country is in debt. I think the Chinesse gov. can fix use some of that cash on getting the country back together.
PLUS
Is everywhere in New Orleans fixed? No.
AND
Did they donate to us?
