I got a 128i instead of a GTI. The reason being, the GTI was FWD and handling of course felt worse. Stock for stock, the 128i is faster as well(about a second faster 0-60)

If you get a 128i/328i, get it in manual. I have AT, and it feels laggy, althogh you can get a powerbox to fix it.

My brothers wife had a C30, great car, but had a lot of problems(electrical) and he traded it in.
