I just ordered this
http://www.racedeck.com/ . I didn't want anything that was totally permanent and hard to get up when it's a little worn or totally uncleanable. This seemed to be the best thing I found that would stay put. If I had a cement floor though, I'd definitely go with an epoxy surface coating.
