You’ll need some work but it’s doable- one from a 235i (stock or m performance) or the N55 model M2 (stock not m performance, not competition either) is a bolt on swap that will work and is well documented on here. The 240i will require some work- midpipe location and angle are a bit different and I believe the hangers are as well, same deal as going from a 35i to 40i exhaust on f30. I’d look that up and see if you want to tackle it or not, but the easiest one would be another N55 model exhaust, would install the same as the OEM f30 performance one
