I just did day one, so far so good, I think the rack chins are something to get used to and I had to sub the dips for tri pull downs because my shoulders dont like them, the shoulder press isn't fun either but I managed to pull those off at a light weight and more controlled form.

Good stuff. When doing the rack chins focus on your lats and bringing your elbows down and somewhat in.
