Any black friday deal is just a gimmick, if you know how to negotiate you can get far under any advertised price any day.
Black friday car deals are for people who can't negotiate and pay what the dealer asks so they can feel good about getting a little discount while the next guy who can negotiate can get a much better deal anyway with good negotiation skills.
I wouldn't feel pressure to buy on Friday (although I realize you're in a jam).
