Low Cost 18" opinion

I have a 2006 325i Base (16" wheels) which is my daily driver.

I need tires, so I am thinking about putting on 18" to refresh the look, but I don't want to spend alot of money as I don't use this car for performance driving.

I want them to be able to accept a bmw center cap.
I live in seattle where we get lots of rain and occasional snow thus I am thinking all seasons and a standard fit so I could put slim chains if needed ( I have only needed them once in 4 years)

I was looking at the Drag DR-37 (silver) 8 x 18 ET 40 with Continental Extreme contact DWS 225/40ZR18 92Y from Discount tire direct

or ASA GT5 8x18 ET 32 with same tires from tire rack.

Conceptually I like the discount tire direct option due to lower cost and a replacement warranty.

Questions to the Forum.

1. Any experience with either of these wheels given the above?
2. Any one see any issues with my plan above?
3. Any suggestions.

Thanks!
Matt
