Responding here for posterity.
Hinten is rear and vorne is front.
Pick the proper coding the corresponds to your calipers. For non-M5 F10's, there is no M5 coding available, so just pick the ones closest to your caliper sizes. Fronts would likely be M4.42/36/395, and rears would likely be 44/24/370.
You could potentially change your vehicle type for the F10 M5 just to code the DSC module, but again that is beyond the realm of what I am willing to dive into.
Edit: Keep in mind, I did the G series 4 pot upgrade, not the F10 M5 upgrade.
