The picture you posted is exactly what the hood & trunk roundels look like that come from JB speed.com. However there's nowhere to put the posts into the hood of the '14 f30. It lacks the indentation & the grommets hence, the roundel is held on by adhesive & you need to snap the posts off (hood roundel only).
It might help if I explained that the OEM roundel that I took off the car hood did not have posts.
