Maybe 3 or 4 times with ours. Last time was when a local supermarket chain got hacked. We've been notified by Target, too. I've shopped at Target exactly once and it was last summer just to buy some packing material. The other times I have no idea how they got my number, but they do. My card is Chase, so it's it's pretty much hassle free with them. I watch my account carefully and check into anything I don't recognize right away. Like everyone else says, the biggest PITA is switching auto-pay account numbers.
