Noop. The 128i PE is an axle back system that you have to cut the old exhaust. smaller exhaust diameter too than a 135i has.

The PE for the N54/N55's use the same Perf Exhaust, though - and it has a y-pipe to delete the mid pipe resonator.

The PE really isn't loud. At least at part throttle. At WOT its loud. Once you put a few thousand miles on it... the sound will become more "mellow" deeper. I LOVE my PE on my 135i!
