It's OK to "buy a BMW". Just DON'T "buy the BS" you may often see on Forums & "Web Lore".
With MOST Fluids, how often they are changed is more important than "Genuine BMW", as long as the fluid (oil, brake, AT, coolant, P/S) is CORRECT Type and a reasonable spec.
Now if you are driving a "Race Car" on the Track, that's another matter. "ONE Size Fits All" does NOT apply.
