Anthracite Alcantra is standard. The no cost option is for Alcantra in the interior color ONLY for individual interior colors (if you want to match it).
As for the color, I am guessing that it is darker than it appears in the picture maybe due to a flash on the camera/phone?
To me it is one of the most commented on and luxurious parts of the interior. Come on, a suede headliner! I had this in my 911 as well as other cars and it is one of my favorite features.
Aren't you waiting a year anyway? Why dont you just wait to see what it looks like? You are one of the few here that will have that luxury.
