19's will look way better than 18's IMHO... you can go with the same sizes and offsets as an E90. front 19x8 or 19x8.5 and rear 19x9 or 19x9.5 (there are wider options, but these are the conservative and most popular sizes). suggested offsets: front et30-35, rear et30-40 (again, higher and lower offsets are options, but these are the "safe", conservative, and popular offsets that will not give you any rubbing)

there are many different styles in wheels. are you looking for OEM looking wheels or aftermarket wheels?

many members swap out their runflats due to the harsh ride they provide. I would recommend going non-rft. you can always ride with a spare in your trunk, or you can purchase one of those space saving tire repair kits.
