So they took the cars in lieu of a harsher individual sentence? That seems so backwards to me.
15 day driving ban? Comon that's not gonna teach them anything. I am not a big fan of seizing property as a punishment. They didn't even own the cars so it makes no sense to punish the owner by taking his car and giving 50% of the value. Money making laws as usual.
