Quick question regarding NCS Expert

Hey guys, real quick one here.

I'm trying to code a replacement SMC for my left side headlight, I've read I should code both left and right, and also the NFRM.

This is the procedure I have found;
1) Start NCSEXPERT
2) Load Expert Mode
3) Press F1 VIN/ZCS/FA
4) Press F3 ZCS/FA f. ECU
5) Select your CHASSIS (E89 in your exmpale)
6) In this step you will see 3 options (CAS/NFRM/FRM) - Choose CAS and click OK
7) Your VIN should be determined now
8) Press F6 (BACK)
9) Press F4 (Process ECU)
10) Select RSMC and click OK
11) Press F2 (Change Job)
12) Select SG_CODIEREN
13) Press F3 (Execute Job)

Then the same for the LSMC, then NFRM.

My question is, I have seen a few threads with the procedure posted, however some differ at step 6. Some say to choose CAS, some say there will only be one option and to choose that one. Mine has all three options.
Is it correct that I choose the CAS option?

Car is a 2009 E93.

Thanks
