I picked up this VERY special Challenge X-pipe from fellow forum member IMG, whose e90 is so fantastically outrageous that when he told me he was selling it I had to have it to mate with my Eisenmann Race exhaust.
It should be noted that this piece has test pipes mated to it and was not a "full" original Challenge Race piece.
This X-pipe will give you better airflow, less drone, and will add an insane sound to any aftermarket exhaust. When the sound from my Eisenmann Race usually dropped off a little as I approached redline, now the X-pipe allows it to howl all the way to 8400 RPMs. It's stunning. And unlike other x-pipes I have experienced, it doesn't really smell.
