Actually, although
TK-421 tone is condescending and rude I kind of agree with him that a jail sentence for the drivers would be a better deterrent than taking their cars away from them. Apparently, if they have access to financial resources that allow them to drive Ferraris and M6s then I don't see how they cannot in the near future drive again the same car types that they were driving without learning a damn thing.
Some jail time being somebody else's bitch might prove more efficient.
