+1 ... that guys needs to get a good attorney. Also what if you lived in Nevada and where there visiting .. how can they tax you? I can maybe understand the IRS .. but the damn state of CA ... I hate CA ... one of the reasons I moved out of there ... that state is screwed .. they keep adding more and more and more taxes on businesses, people, cars, ect.
