absolutely not.
he may gain 5 to 10whp max with all that stuff. these cars don't gain much unless you get a tune.
honestly, if you aren't planning on getting a tune, it doesn't make much sense to spend a bunch of money on mods. do the free/cheap stuff first, like drop in filter and charcoal delete. then get a 3-stage manifold AND tune.
