Even I changed option in FEM_BODY -> CLM_UNLOCK_KL15OFF_AFTER_PIA_AUTO_LOCK, but the car remains closed at ignition shutoff.

To work, you must set iDrive options to Auto Lock, and then after the car Auto Lock's the coding should work. It will not work if your are manually locking car, then expecting it to Auto Unlock.
