How do you deal with the moisture with tiles? They seem like they would be a PITA in a snowy environment. Unless your garage floor has drains etc. Also, dirt will accumulate under the tiles. How do you clean up spilled oil or any fluid while doing maintenance on your vehicle?
Epoxy does not seem to have any of the negatives tiles potentially have.
