335 is a beast but most will tell you less reliable long term. If you do purchase one, make sure you get one with a warranty! The 328 is less powerful obviously, but IMO is a fantastic daily driver and the perfect blend of looks, sportiness and comfort/reliability. The NA inline 6 is buttery smooth and a pleasure to listen to throughout the rev range. Take care of it and it will last you a long time. I had 2 turbocharged cars before this and it was a headache (gas, insurance, less reliable, etc). However, forced induction cars always put a massive smile on my face. The 328 or something like a GTI would be ideal for you now....but perhaps a 335 or an M3 later on. I know my next car is definitely going to be a 335xi or an M3!
